My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were decently sized but had some cleanliness issues like a stinky and dirty environment with stained tubs and cracked sinks. Despite my complaint, the room was not changed, leaving me disappointed. The hotel is congested but has a convenient location near the airport, although ready to face rude staff at the front desk was a downside.

In general, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the service for taking luggage from the car to the room was not helpful at all. The concierge sent us with a taxi on our first day, which was unprofessional.
